Too Klez for Comfort (TKFC) is a small socialist collective of klezmer music devotées that was born in 2008, just in time to play our first gig at our original drummer’s Bar Mitzvah. We are a high-energy dance band playing traditional klezmer and Jewish repertoire, Yiddish theater pieces, jazz standards, original works, and borscht belt Latin numbers for weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, parties and simchas. We are called “Too Klez for Comfort” because some people find us to be that way. We are keeping our day jobs.
Too Klez For Comfort is a high energy klezmer band performing dance and concert music in Greater Boston. Available for parties, concerts, b'nai mitzvot....and your next celebration!
